SPECIFICATIONS
CORE FUNCTIONS OF GAS GENERATOR SET
1: Each ignition is controlled accurately by ECU (see enclosed picture)
2: Gas inlet is with Italian imported pressure-reducing valve (see enclosed picture)
3: Gas and air mixing is controlled by mixer imported from USA (IMPCO), electric governor is of Chinese top brand (see enclosed picture).
4: Ignition cable and sparkling plug are Chinese top brand
5: Engine protection functions (warning or stop engine when water temp is high, high oil pressure, high oil temp, high speed)
6: Show alternator and engine parameters by LCD screen.
7: automatically start genset or stop genset.
8: can realize the “ remote control” of the genset.
9: voltage output automatically adjusted by AVR module.
ENVIRONMENT PARAMETERS
The gas generator will require the following:
1: Gas inlet pressure: 80KPA – 300 kpa
2: Methane content in the gas: 85% – 95%
3: Temperature: -30℃～40℃
4: Altitude: ≤ 4000m
5: Relative air humidity: ≤90％
6: The circulating water should be soft water, cooling water should be alkaline clean water, must not have rust compound, such as acid, chloride etc. Main request of water:
I: Hardness: 0.7～5.3me/L
II: Chloride: <150mg/L
III: PH: 7～8.5
Note:
After purification, the gas should have no liquid oil or water, the dust content of gas should be ＜10mg/m3, particle size of dust should be ＜50μm,sulfide ＜20 mg/m3. The purification of gas is very important to the life time of genset, the continuous running time should be less than 300 hours each time, then stop and maintain the genset, maintenance time should be about 3 hours each time.

GENSET CONTROL
Main switch adopts automatic smart air breaker, which has the protection function of higher current, low voltage etc.
When there is break, the main switch will cut off automatically and send light& sound signal.
It is with controller, all kinds of instruments, adjusting buttons, engine protection indicating light, emergency stop button etc, they are used to control and monitoring the genset work situation.
The genset speed is controlled by electric governor, and it can also be adjusted slightly by speed ajust button.
The output voltage is adjusted automatically( By AVR)
There is flow-charging device for battery in the cabinet.
