1: Each ignition is controlled accurately by ECU (see enclosed picture)
2: Gas inlet is with Italian imported pressure-reducing valve (see enclosed picture)
3: Gas and air mixing is controlled by mixer imported from USA (IMPCO), electric governor is of Chinese top brand (see enclosed picture).
4: Ignition cable and sparkling plug are Chinese top brand
5: Engine protection functions (warning or stop engine when water temp is high, high oil pressure, high oil temp, high speed)
6: Show alternator and engine parameters by LCD screen.
7: Can realize “remote control” of the genset (optional)
8: Voltage output automatically adjusted by AVR module.
9: Rated output power is 60kw

The gas generator will require the following:
1: Gas inlet pressure: 1.5 bar – 5 bar
2: Methane content in the gas: 85% – 95%
3: Temperature: -30℃～40℃
4: Altitude: ≤ 4000m
5: Relative air humidity: ≤90％
6: The circulating water should be soft water, cooling water should be alkaline clean water, must not have rust compound, such as acid, chloride etc.
I: Hardness: 0.7～5.3me/L
II: Chloride: <150mg/L
III: PH: 7～8.5

Note:
After purification, the gas should have no liquid oil or water, the dust content of gas should be ＜10mg/m3, particle size of dust should be ＜50μm,sulfide ＜20 mg/m3. The purification of gas is very important to the life time of genset, the continuous running time should be less than 300 hours each time, then stop and maintain the genset, maintenance time should be about 3 hours each time.
