1: Adopt the world’s advanced gas electric control technology, completely suitable for the features of natural gas. The system adopts powerful low pressure gas SPI (signal Point Injection) module, suitable for the fuel mixer before entering the turbocharger. Use patent arithmetic, can compensate the quality variation of gas, so that the output power can be very stable.

2: Full Authority System is a set of gas engine control system, it is to control the gas flow quantity according to the loading condition & rpm of the gas engine. It is suitable for any in-line, V-shaped, naturally aspirated or turbo charged engine. TecJet is a smart gas metering actuator, it can change the gas flow quantity metered by “Full Authority System” to the required gas flow quantity into the engine. It receives and transmit the required gas flow quantity data like gas temp, pressure difference through the valve etc. The controller can be suitable for gas quality from rubbish gas to propane. The “full authority system” can send signal without the help of oxygen sensor fixed onto the engine exhaust pipe. It means that all the gas flow quantity is controlled by controller on the base of calculating the loading situation, rpm and other gas data. The biggest advantage of system is its elasticity and raising the performance of start, stability, instantaneous condition and exhaust.

The gas generator will require the following:
1: Gas inlet pressure: 80KPA – 300 kpa
2: Methane content in the gas: 85% – 95%
3: Temperature: -30℃～40℃
4: Altitude: ≤ 4000m
5: Relative air humidity: ≤90％
6: The circulating water should be soft water, cooling water should be alkaline clean water, must not have rust compound, such as acid, chloride etc. Main request of water:
I: Hardness: 0.7～5.3me/L
II: Chloride: <150mg/L
III: PH: 7～8.5

Note:
After purification, the gas should have no liquid oil or water, the dust content of gas should be ＜10mg/m3, particle size of dust should be ＜50μm,sulfide ＜20 mg/m3. The purification of gas is very important to the life time of genset, the continuous running time should be less than 300 hours each time, then stop and maintain the genset, maintenance time should be about 3 hours each time.
